Business
Viettel Construction Joint Stock Corporation is a Vietnam-based technical infrastructure, construction, and engineering services company, operating as a key subsidiary of Viettel Military Industry and Telecommunications Group (Viettel Group). Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam, the company provides end-to-end infrastructural, technical, and digital solutions across five core business segments: Infrastructure Investment (TowerCo), Construction, Network Operations, Integrated Solutions, and Information Technology. The company's core products and services include telecommunications infrastructure leasing, comprising the development, ownership, and multi-tenant leasing of Base Transceiver Stations (BTS), Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), underground cable ducting, and fiber-optic transmission networks; civil, industrial, and commercial construction services, delivering general contracting, project management, and turnkey engineering for residential dwellings, industrial parks, commercial complexes, and public utility projects; network operations and maintenance services, providing continuous technical operation, performance monitoring, and field maintenance for telecommunications networks, electrical systems, and corporate IT infrastructure; integrated technical solutions marketed under its AIO brand, featuring commercial and residential rooftop solar energy systems, mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services, smart home and IoT building management systems, and home appliance maintenance; and digital enterprise solutions, offering digital transformation consulting, IT outsourcing, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, and business intelligence (BI) software platforms. Viettel Construction serves telecommunications operators, industrial developers, government entities, enterprise clients, and retail consumers across all 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam, while also maintaining international operational presence in markets such as Myanmar and Cambodia. In recent developments, Viettel Construction has substantially expanded its infrastructure portfolio through the aggressive scaling of shared BTS towers and passive network assets to underpin the nationwide rollout of commercial 5G services. The corporation has formed strategic partnerships to broaden its industrial construction and sustainable energy footprint, including a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Stavian Group for industrial cluster construction and renewable energy deployment, alongside alliances with DNP Holding, Thang Long Corporation, and Truong Giang Group to implement advanced structural solutions and sustainable civil infrastructure. Furthermore, the company has continued to accelerate its green-smart energy initiatives, securing national brand recognition for its rooftop solar power systems while expanding its distributed technical maintenance and smart-facility service networks.
