Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based manufacturer and exporter specializing in high-grade wooden household goods, kitchenware, educational toys, and furniture. Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the company processes legally sourced plantation timber, predominantly rubberwood, acacia, and beech, serving both the domestic consumer retail sector and international commercial markets across more than 50 countries, including Japan, South Korea, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany. The company operates vertically integrated manufacturing facilities in Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces and manages wholesale raw material distribution through its subsidiary, Duc Tam Wood Manufacturing and Exporting Company Limited. The company operates across four primary product segments: Kitchenware, Household Utensils, Children Toys, and Furniture. Its Kitchenware portfolio comprises wooden cutting boards, butcher blocks, knife holders, spice racks, mortar and pestle sets, rolling pins, salad bowls, coasters, and wooden cutlery; its Household Utensils segment offers bread boxes, serving trays, paper towel holders, wall-mounted racks, coat hangers, and shoe racks; its Children Toys division, marketed under the Winwintoys brand, manufactures educational preschool toys, assembly puzzles, building blocks, alphabet boards, cognitive development games, and miniature vehicles designed in accordance with international safety certifications such as CE, ASTM, and EN71; and its Furniture line produces solid wood dining sets, coffee tables, folding chairs, shelving units, multi-purpose cabinets, and customized small-scale home furnishings. Additionally, the company provides timber processing and sawn wood wholesaling services for commercial and industrial clients. In recent developments, Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company has actively expanded its operational scale and diversified its manufacturing footprint through strategic asset investments. The company completed the acquisition of a 100 percent equity interest in Duc Tam Wood Manufacturing and Exporting Company Limited in Dong Nai Province to secure a stable supply of certified raw timber and expand its wholesale wood distribution activities. Furthermore, the company executed major industrial real estate and factory asset acquisitions in Binh Duong Province, adding multi-hectare production sites and specialized processing workshops to increase manufacturing capacity for solid wood and outdoor furniture export lines. To advance environmental, social, and governance standards and control operating costs, the company implemented green manufacturing initiatives across its production facilities, including entering into strategic rooftop solar power installations with GreenYellow to substantially reduce grid electricity reliance. The company continues to broaden its global export network into emerging regional markets while expanding its domestic distribution footprint through supermarket chains, department stores, and direct retail channels across Vietnam.
