Business
TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company, is a Vietnam-based healthcare services provider primarily engaged in the establishment, operation, and management of private general and specialized hospitals. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Thai Nguyen City, Vietnam, the company provides comprehensive medical examination, diagnosis, inpatient and outpatient treatment, and emergency care services across northern and central Vietnam, catering to individual domestic patients, insured individuals, expatriates, and corporate clients, including employees of major industrial complexes and manufacturing parks. TNH Hospital Group operates through a multi-facility hospital network that includes Thai Nguyen International Hospital, Yen Binh Thai Nguyen General Hospital, and TNH Viet Yen Hospital. The company offers a wide spectrum of clinical and ancillary healthcare services organized across specialized medical departments, including: general internal medicine, endocrinology, gastroenterology, and neurology; general, laparoscopic, and orthopedic surgery; obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive healthcare; pediatrics and neonatology; cardiology and cardiovascular interventions; oncology and cancer screening; ophthalmology and vision correction; otorhinolaryngology; odonto-stomatology and dental care; dermatology; intensive care, anesthesiology, and 24/7 emergency medical response; diagnostic imaging services, comprising magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), multi-slice computed tomography (CT), 3D/4D ultrasound, and digital radiography; biochemical, hematological, microbiological, and pathological laboratory testing; physical therapy and functional rehabilitation; pharmaceutical dispensing and hospital-based retail pharmacy operations; and corporate health screening packages and occupational disease examinations. In recent developments, the company underwent a formal corporate rebranding and name change to TNH Hospital Group Joint Stock Company to reflect its nationwide strategic transformation from a provincial hospital operator into a multi-regional healthcare network. To support its geographic expansion, the company recently commissioned and commenced commercial operations at the 300-bed TNH Viet Yen Hospital in Bac Giang Province, while progressing the construction and development of greenfield projects, including TNH Lang Son Hospital, TNH Da Nang Hospital, and a modern general hospital project in Hanoi. Additionally, the company secured regulatory approval to increase its foreign ownership limit (FOL) up to 70% to facilitate foreign institutional investment and strategic equity financing. TNH Hospital Group has also formed strategic collaborations with premier national medical institutions, such as Hanoi Medical University Hospital and Bach Mai Hospital, to implement clinical training, professional technology transfers, and remote medical consultations, while investing in advanced medical equipment and digital hospital management systems to upgrade clinical workflows and operational efficiency.
