- Techno-Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TSC) is a Vietnam-based agricultural enterprise engaged in the manufacturing, processing, trading, and distribution of agricultural inputs, commodities, and packaged food products. Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Can Tho, Vietnam, the company operates as a key agricultural subsidiary of F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company, providing comprehensive value-chain solutions spanning crop cultivation inputs to high-value food exports.
The company operates through three principal business segments: Agricultural Materials, Agricultural Commodities, and Food Processing. Its core offerings include: agricultural input materials comprising nitrogenous, phosphate, potassium, and compound NPK fertilizers; plant protection chemicals, bio-pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides; certified hybrid crop seeds, high-yield rice seeds, and vegetable seeds; and modern agricultural machinery and spraying equipment; agricultural commodities comprising white rice, glutinous rice, cassava chips, tapioca starch, kudzu starch, dried yellow corn, dried red chili, fresh ginger, and gac fruit powder; processed fruit and vegetable products produced through its subsidiary, Westfood Exporting and Processing Joint Stock Company, comprising Individual Quick Frozen (IQF) fruits, canned fruits and vegetables in syrup, fruit cups, and pouches, specifically featuring MD2 pineapples, mangoes, dragon fruit, papayas, and lotus seeds; and logistics, warehousing, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution services.
Techno-Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company maintains an extensive domestic distribution network across Vietnam, predominantly in the Mekong Delta and southern agricultural provinces, and exports its processed produce and agricultural goods to international markets across the Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, and the Middle East, including Japan, South Korea, China, the United States, the Netherlands, and Australia.
In recent developments, the company has expanded its agro-processing infrastructure through the commissioning and commercial launch of the Westfood Hau Giang processing plant, a 7-hectare facility representing an investment exceeding VND 666 billion with an annual production capacity of 30,000 metric tons of processed fruits and vegetables. To support this expanded processing capability, the enterprise has accelerated the development of dedicated raw material zones, advancing towards a target of 1,000 hectares of GlobalGAP-compliant MD2 pineapple cultivation across the Mekong Delta region by 2030. Concurrently, the company has undertaken operational and structural reorganizations under the F.I.T Group corporate umbrella to optimize production efficiencies, enhance high-tech agricultural supply chains, and diversify export agreements across international supermarket and food service networks.
