The firm delivers its trading capabilities through integrated digital platforms, including the Vietcap Mobile application, Vietcap Web Trading, the Vietcap Pro execution terminal, and the Vietcap IQ data and market analytics suite. Vietcap maintains an extensive domestic presence with its headquarters and transaction offices in Ho Chi Minh City and branch offices in Hanoi, serving clients throughout Vietnam and across global capital markets in Asia, Europe, and North America. The firm trades publicly on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol VCI. In recent corporate developments, the firm executed an official corporate rebranding, transitioning from Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company to Vietcap Securities Joint Stock Company to reflect its modernized corporate identity and accelerated digital transformation strategy. To support the rapid expansion of its margin financing business and core investment banking pipeline, the company completed substantial capital increases through private equity placements to domestic and international institutional investors, alongside securing multiple large-scale offshore unsecured syndicated loan facilities arranged by regional banking consortiums.
