Corgi International Developed Equities 15% Structured Buffer ETF - June Series is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to provide investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to the price return of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, up to a predetermined annual cap, while cushioning the first 15% of losses in the reference asset over each annual outcome period. The Fund provides exposure to developed international equity markets, principally outside the United States and Canada, through a defined-outcome strategy linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF. Its principal investment instruments comprise exchange-traded FLEX Options on the reference asset, including purchased call options, purchased put options, written put options and written call options, together with cash, cash equivalents and U.S. Treasury instruments; the Fund does not hold underlying constituent equities directly. The Fund seeks to deliver capped appreciation when the reference asset rises, absorb the initial 15% of reference-asset declines before fees and expenses, and expose shareholders to losses beyond the buffer; investors purchasing or selling shares other than at the beginning or end of an outcome period may experience materially different results, including a reduced remaining buffer and upside cap. The current annual outcome period runs from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, and has a 15.75% cap before Fund fees and expenses. The Fund is part of Corgi’s structured-buffer ETF offering, which also includes defined-outcome strategies tied to U.S. equities, growth and technology equities, emerging-markets equities and U.S. small-cap equities, with varying buffer levels and reset months. Corgi Strategies, LLC serves as the Fund’s investment adviser. The Fund is newly organized, commenced trading on Cboe BZX Exchange under ticker IDJN on June 2, 2026, and represents part of Corgi’s June 2026 launch of nine structured-buffer ETF series.
