PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics Tbk is an Indonesia-based integrated logistics and supply chain management service provider. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in West Jakarta, Indonesia, the company specializes in dedicated third-party logistics solutions tailored to corporate clients across the retail, fast-moving consumer goods, e-commerce, automotive, and industrial manufacturing sectors. PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics Tbk operates through four primary service segments, offering transportation management services, comprising dedicated fleet leasing, long-haul freight transport, dry cargo and cold chain distribution, cross-docking, and last-mile delivery across Java, Kalimantan, Sumatra, and Sulawesi; warehousing and storage services, including ambient, chilled, frozen, bonded, and hazardous goods warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment; value-added logistics services, featuring pre-delivery inspection and rectification, kitting, repacking, product labeling, and reverse logistics; and digital logistics technology solutions, providing telematics-driven fleet management, IoT-enabled GPS live tracking, automated dispatch, route optimization, and proprietary warehouse management system integration. In recent developments, following its initial public offering on the Indonesia Stock Exchange under ticker symbol LAJU, the company has undertaken a comprehensive transition toward green logistics by partnering with JAC Motors to procure electric commercial trucks, establishing a strategic target to deploy 500 electric vehicles by 2030. To finance this fleet electrification program, the company secured dedicated green financing facilities from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the acquisition of 150 electric trucks, while continuing to expand its physical operational infrastructure with new administrative and operational centers such as its Alam Sutera facility and deepening its dedicated logistics partnerships with key enterprise accounts including PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk and PT Sooplai Indonesia.
