PT Madusari Murni Indah Tbk is an Indonesia-based holding company engaged in the production and distribution of basic chemicals including food-grade ethanol, liquid carbon dioxide, dry ice, fertilizers, and related products through its subsidiaries. The company manufactures prime grade ethanol, super fine grade ethanol, extra super fine grade ethanol, absolute ethanol under the Molindo Ethanol brand; liquid CO2, dry ice, and dry ice blasting under the Molindo CO2 brand; potassium fertilizer and organic fertilizer under the Molindo Fertilizer brand; as well as trades adhesives, stretch films, and provides piping services, tank cleaning, blasting, and transportation of liquid CO2, dry ice, dangerous goods, fuel oil, and petroleum. It operates primarily in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, cigarette, hospital, furniture, ink, printing, fuel, and welding industries across Indonesia with manufacturing facilities in Malang Regency, East Java; founded in 1959 and headquartered in Lawang, Malang, Indonesia. The company went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange under ticker MOLI.JK in August 2018. Subsidiaries include PT Molindo Raya Industrial, which produces ethanol and fertilizers (81.41% owned); PT Sumber Kita Indah, focused on sales and distribution (95.20% owned); and following a recent merger effective January 1, 2025, PT Molindo Inti Gas operations for liquid CO2 and dry ice production have been integrated into PT Molindo Raya Industrial pursuant to Notarial Deed No. 123 dated December 16, 2024, approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on December 19, 2024.
