Business
PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk specializes in the production and distribution of pre-stressed and precast concrete solutions, serving markets both within Indonesia and internationally. The company’s extensive product portfolio encompasses a variety of concrete poles; diverse piling options such as hollow round, box, cylinder, spun, square, and triangular piles; and specialized concrete pipe systems. Further offerings include a comprehensive range of railway concrete items, from various types of sleepers, including monoblock pretensioned and turnout designs, to catenary poles and concrete level crossings. For bridge construction, the company provides girders like voided slab, double tee, full depth slab, half slab, channel, and segmental box girders. Its wall retainer concrete products feature corrugated, flat prestressed, and reinforced concrete sheet piles, while maritime and hydro structure components include breakwater and dock elements, along with reinforced cylinder pipes and box culverts. Additionally, PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk supplies concrete products for building construction, such as precast walls, hollow core slabs, columns, beams, and ladders, alongside ready-mix concrete. Beyond manufacturing, the firm is active in quarry operations, producing split material, screening, and stone ash. It delivers comprehensive engineering, production, and installation services, alongside specialized tasks like inner bore system installation, earth auger slurry excavation, gantry, and post-tensioning services. Operating as a subsidiary of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk since its founding in 1997, the company maintains its headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia, and is recognized as a dominant precast concrete producer in Southeast Asia. It has a strong market position, holding a significant share in the Indonesian precast market. In recent periods, the company secured new contracts, with infrastructure projects being a primary driver, and continues to pursue strategic initiatives, including innovations like using nickel slag in production and supporting national housing programs. The firm targets various sectors, including toll roads, the new capital city, dams, ports, and urban rail projects.
