Business
PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk is a Indonesia-based consumer branded products company that manufactures and markets packaged food and beverage products through the noodles, dairy, snack foods, food seasonings, nutrition and special foods, beverages, and packaging businesses. Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Jakarta, the company serves consumers across Indonesia and exports to more than 100 countries, supported by a broad distribution network and manufacturing footprint in key locations across the country and overseas. Its core portfolio includes instant noodles and noodle products under Indomie, Supermi, Sarimi, Pop Mie, Sakura, and Mi Telur Cap 3 Ayam; dairy products such as sweetened condensed milk, liquid milk, powdered milk, ice cream, and butter under Indomilk, Cap Enaak, Tiga Sapi, Kremer, Orchid Butter, Indofood Ice Cream, and Milkuat; snack foods including chips, biscuits, cassava-based snacks, and wheat-flour snacks under Chitato, Qtela, Chiki, Jetz, and Maxicorn; food seasonings and condiments under Sambal Indofood, Bumbu Special Indofood, Bumbu Racik, Indofood Freiss, and Kecap Indofood; nutrition and special foods under Promina, Govit, SUN, and Gowell; and beverages such as ready-to-drink tea, packaged water, and fruit-flavored drinks under Ichi Ocha, Club, and Fruitamin. In 2025, the company reported continued growth and operational expansion, including completion of its 18th instant noodle factory in West Java and the launch of about 60 new products, while also maintaining a focus on portfolio optimization, consumer-focused innovation, and ESG integration across operations. The company remains a subsidiary of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk and operates more than 60 plants in Indonesia, with additional instant noodle production facilities in Malaysia, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeastern Europe, reinforcing its position as one of the world’s largest instant noodle producers.
