Invesco Managed Futures Strategy ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks capital appreciation through long and short positions in derivative contracts linked to more than fifty global markets, including stock indices, bond indices and currencies, using futures contracts, foreign currency forward contracts and swaps; the fund is managed by Invesco and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, as part of Invesco Ltd., an independent investment management firm founded in 1935 with an on-the-ground presence in more than 20 countries. The ETF, ticker IMF, launched on March 19, 2025, and as of the latest fund materials, Invesco states that the fund remains a new product with no full-year performance history while continuing to operate with a contractual fee waiver and expense reimbursement arrangement through at least August 31, 2027. Its portfolio strategy spans global macro and managed-futures exposure across equities, fixed income, currencies and commodities through systematic long and short trades, and the fund’s holdings and collateral allocations indicate active use of futures-based, swap-based and cash-collateral structures. Recent major changes include the fund’s launch in 2025, ongoing expansion of its managed-futures ETF lineup, and continued updates to holdings, performance disclosures and expense support terms through mid-2026. Invesco’s broader business offers actively managed equity and fixed income strategies; passive index funds; ETFs; closed-end funds; unit investment trusts; private markets; real estate; and structured products to retail, institutional, retirement and other client segments worldwide.
