In March 2023, Impac shifted strategically to a pure mortgage broker fulfillment model at lower cost per loan, winding down its third-party origination channel and voluntarily relinquishing seller/servicer designations with government-sponsored enterprises; later that month, NYSE American suspended and delisted its common stock (effective April 2023 trading shift to OTC Pink under IMPM) due to noncompliance with minimum stockholders' equity standards below $2-6 million thresholds and multi-year losses, following a failed compliance plan by February 2024 deadline; in 2024, the company held its annual shareholder meeting, electing directors Katherine Blair, Joseph A.
