Invesco Actively Managed Exchange-Traded Fund Trust – Invesco Agency MBS ETF is a non-diversified, actively managed fixed-income exchange-traded fund that seeks a high level of current income while emphasizing liquidity and preservation of principal. The fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in agency mortgage-backed securities of any maturity or type, including mortgage pass-through securities and other mortgage-related instruments issued or guaranteed by U.S. government agencies or government-sponsored enterprises, such as the Government National Mortgage Association, Federal National Mortgage Association and Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. The ETF provides exposure principally to U.S. agency residential mortgage-backed securities, including to-be-announced securities, and may use active portfolio management to adjust maturity, duration, coupon, prepayment and interest-rate exposures. It is intended for investors seeking investment-grade, agency-backed mortgage exposure and income within a liquid exchange-traded structure. The fund is advised by Invesco Capital Management LLC, distributed by Invesco Distributors Inc. and administered and custodied by The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation.
