Business
InterMetro Communications, Inc. (IMTO) provides telecommunications services, including internet access, voice services, and data connectivity solutions to residential and business customers primarily in the United States. The company offers high-speed broadband internet; fiber-optic telephone services; managed IT services, such as cloud hosting and cybersecurity; and network infrastructure solutions, including Ethernet and MPLS networks. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in New Jersey, InterMetro Communications operates mainly in the Northeast U.S. region, serving markets in New York, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas through its fiber network. Subsidiaries include regional service providers focused on enterprise connectivity. In late 2024, the company announced a strategic partnership with a major cloud provider to expand its managed services offerings and completed a $15 million funding round to support network upgrades and geographic expansion into additional Mid-Atlantic states.
