Innoviz Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ:INVZW) develops and supplies high-performance solid-state LiDAR sensors and perception software solutions for autonomous driving and related applications. The company offers InnovizOne, an automotive-grade mass-producible LiDAR sensor for automakers, robotaxis, shuttles, trucks and delivery vehicles; InnovizTwo Long-Range, a next-generation high-performance automotive-grade LiDAR for advanced autonomous driving levels; InnovizTwo Short- to Mid-Range and InnovizTwo Slim variants optimized for short- and medium-range detection in light commercial vehicles, shuttles, robotaxis and trucks; and perception software that processes raw point cloud data into AI- and machine-learning-based outputs for object classification, detection and tracking. Innoviz operates in Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Israel and North America, marketing its products through direct sales and distribution channels to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers and other customers in automotive, drone, robotics, logistics and mapping sectors. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel, the company maintains strategic partnerships with BMW for Level 3-5 autonomous vehicle production, as well as Tier-1 suppliers including Magna, Aptiv and HARMAN. In late 2024, Innoviz secured a multi-year non-recurring engineering services agreement worth approximately $80 million with key customers, including over $40 million in expected cash payments for 2025 to support operations ahead of 2026 production starts; the company also reported third-quarter 2025 revenue of $15.3 million, reflecting a 238% year-over-year increase.
