GoldInxs Mining Corp. is a Canadian early-stage mineral exploration company focused on the identification, acquisition and advancement of prospective gold and copper mineral properties in British Columbia, Canada. The Company’s principal assets comprise the Fishpot Project in central British Columbia and the Millar Project in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle. Fishpot, the Company’s flagship property, covers approximately 5,509 hectares and is being explored for a large hydrothermal, epithermal gold system with geological, alteration and geochemical characteristics considered comparable to Blackwater-style mineralization; exploration activities include geological mapping, rock and soil geochemistry, airborne magnetic, radiometric and VLF-EM surveys, induced-polarization surveying, target generation and planned diamond drilling. The project has returned 2025 rock-sample results of up to 5.65 grams per tonne gold, 11.35 grams per tonne silver and 0.42% copper, and has received a drill permit for an inaugural modern drilling program of approximately 2,000 metres. The Millar Project is a 345-hectare exploration property located northwest of the Kitsault Valley/Dolly Varden trend in the Golden Triangle and is prospective for gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc mineralization associated with quartz veining and hydrothermal alteration; the Company completed a helicopter-supported field program at Millar in 2026. GoldInxs serves investors seeking exposure to grassroots precious- and base-metal exploration in British Columbia and operates from headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Company completed its initial public offering in July 2026, raising gross proceeds of C$1.54 million through the issuance of 15.448 million units at C$0.10 per unit, and commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol INXS; proceeds are intended principally for Fishpot exploration, including Phase 1 work and a portion of Phase 2 drilling, as well as property maintenance, listing costs and working capital. Recent corporate developments include the expansion of the Fishpot land package through approved mineral claims, deployment of advanced exploration technologies to refine drill targets, completion of the 2026 Millar field program, appointment of Tara Asfour as Vice President, Corporate Development and Communications, and an August 2026 engagement with Indigenous Collaboration Group Ltd. to broaden investor and community awareness as the Company advances its British Columbia exploration portfolio.
