In the last two years, Gestamp has expanded its production capacity notably with the addition of a fourth hot stamping line in India and has reinforced its strategic financial partnerships, exemplified by Banco Santander acquiring minority stakes in Gestamp's North American and European subsidiaries valued at €30 million. The company continues to invest in sustainability initiatives, achieving a 42% reduction in emissions since 2018. Additionally, Gestamp is actively pursuing expansion in China, seeking acquisition opportunities and stronger partnerships with local car assemblers to capture growth in that competitive automotive market. In late 2025, Gestamp completed a successful €500 million senior debt refinancing to support its operational and strategic initiatives.
