In recent developments, SKAN Group completed the acquisition of a 76% stake in Metronik d.o.o., a provider of MES software and automation solutions, in August 2025 following an agreement in May 2025, integrating it into the Services and Consumables segment to enhance digital process capabilities and contribute positively to earnings; the company, formerly BV Holding AG, rebranded to SKAN Group AG in October 2021.
