- Corgi IREN 2x Daily ETF is a non-diversified, actively managed single-stock leveraged exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to two times the daily performance of the publicly traded common stock of IREN Limited (NASDAQ: IREN). The Fund provides exchange-traded, swap-based leveraged exposure to IREN through total return swaps and other financial instruments rather than direct ownership of IREN shares; collateral and liquidity management may include U.S. Treasury money market fund investments, cash and other net assets. It is designed for sophisticated, actively monitoring investors seeking short-term trading exposure, resets its leverage daily, and does not seek to achieve its 2x objective for periods longer than one trading day; returns over longer holding periods may differ materially from twice IREN’s cumulative return because of compounding and volatility. The Fund trades in U.S. dollars on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker IREC and carries a 0.45% expense ratio. Corgi IREN 2x Daily ETF was launched on July 14, 2026, and is advised by Corgi Strategies, LLC; Paralel Distributors LLC serves as distributor, U.S. Bank N.A. as custodian, U.S. Bancorp Fund Services as administrator and transfer agent, and Tait Weller as auditor. Its underlying reference company, IREN Limited, is a Sydney, New South Wales, Australia-headquartered operator of renewable-energy-powered bitcoin-mining and data-center infrastructure supporting high-performance computing and digital-asset-mining activities. The Fund’s principal recent strategic development is its July 2026 inception as a new Corgi single-stock 2x daily leveraged ETF offering, expanding investor access to leveraged daily exposure to IREN through conventional brokerage accounts without requiring direct margin borrowing or margin agreements.
