Interroll Holding AG manufactures components and systems for material handling, internal logistics, and automation, supplying system integrators and equipment manufacturers worldwide. The company offers a comprehensive range of platform-based products including conveyor rollers and wheels; drum motors and drives for conveyor systems; conveyors, sorters, and carton flow solutions; pallet handling systems such as modular pallet platforms, stacker cranes, transfer cars, and pallet flow; as well as related controls, power supplies, stacker cranes, and warehousing services. These solutions serve industries including express and postal services, e-commerce, airports, food and beverage, fashion, automotive, manufacturing logistics, tire and automotive, courier, parcel, and distribution centers for clients such as Amazon, Bosch, Coca-Cola, DHL, Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, Siemens, Walmart, and Zalando. Founded in 1959 in Wermelskirchen, Germany, by Dieter Specht and Hans vom Stein, Interroll Holding AG is headquartered in Sant'Antonino, Switzerland, and maintains a global network of 36 subsidiaries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific, including manufacturing sites in Thailand and China. The company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange in 1997 and operates through two divisions: Global Sales & Service and Products & Technology, generating recent annual turnover exceeding CHF 500 million with approximately 2,300 to 2,500 employees. Recent developments include the September 2025 acquisition of Dutch startup SORTTEQ BV, which enhances Interroll's sorter platform with the innovative Chain-Belt Sorter for parcel, postal, and e-commerce applications; a July 2025 partnership with CloneOps.ai; an October 2025 strategic alliance with IMA E-COMMERCE to improve e-commerce efficiency; and a July 2024 acquisition of Interroll India effective retroactively from April 2024.
