- Blue Jay Gold Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of gold- and silver-bearing mineral properties. The Company’s principal asset is the 100%-owned Steller Gold Project, formerly the Skukum Gold Project, in southern Yukon, Canada, held through wholly owned subsidiary Whitehorse Gold (Yukon) Corp. Steller comprises the past-producing Mt. Skukum mine area and the Skukum Creek, Mt. Skukum and Goddell gold-silver deposits, together with prospective regional targets including Becker-Cochran, RACA and Charleston; historical production at the Mt. Skukum operation totaled approximately 80,000 ounces of gold from 1986 to 1988. Blue Jay also holds the Pichette-Clist Gold Project in the Geraldton-Beardmore Greenstone Belt of northwestern Ontario; the Oakes Gold Project in northwestern Ontario; and the Duc Gold Project in the Porcupine Mining Division of Ontario. Its activities include geological mapping, geophysical and geochemical surveys, historical-data compilation and reinterpretation, diamond drilling, resource expansion and mineral-resource evaluation, with exploration directed principally toward high-grade gold-silver mineralization and new discovery targets in Canada. The Company markets its projects to investors seeking exposure to Canadian precious-metals exploration, with operational activities concentrated in Yukon and Ontario. Blue Jay Gold was incorporated in 2023 and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Company became a standalone entity through its May 2025 spin-out from Riverside Resources Inc.; Riverside retains a 2% net smelter returns royalty on Blue Jay’s Ontario property portfolio. During 2025, Blue Jay completed the acquisition of Whitehorse Gold (Yukon) Corp., thereby obtaining a 100% interest in Steller, and completed financing initiatives, including an approximately C$5 million non-brokered private placement, to fund the acquisition, exploration programs and working capital. In 2026, the Company commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange as a Tier 1 Mining issuer under the symbol JAY, expanded investor-market access through an OTCQB quotation under JAYGF, and initiated a fully funded exploration program of up to 16,000 metres of diamond drilling at Steller. Recent work includes drilling at the Skukum Creek and Mt. Skukum deposits for resource expansion, testing of the Becker-Cochran antimony-silver occurrence, and reporting initial 2026 drill results, including 14.0 metres grading 6.15 grams per tonne gold and 124 grams per tonne silver at Skukum Creek.
