Business
Juno International Corporation is a Canada-based investment and operating company founded in 1981 and headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The company, formerly known as Northfield Capital Corporation, focuses on strategic investments and operating businesses across natural resources, mining, aviation, consumer brands, wine production and distilling; its portfolio includes Juno Corp., True North Airways, Evolve Royalties, Rocky Shore Gold and Gold Hart Copper. Through its investment segment, Juno International holds interests in resources, manufacturing and technology companies; through its aviation segment, it provides charter air services, cargo transport, flight training and aircraft maintenance, with operations in Canada and an international expansion through CNA Aviation Corp. in Central America; its wine segment includes a vineyard and winery in Prince Edward County; and its distilling segment includes Spirit of York. In recent corporate developments, the company completed its rebranding from Northfield Capital Corporation to Juno International in June 2026; reported second-quarter and first-half 2026 earnings in August 2026; and acquired securities of Rocky Shore Gold Ltd. in August 2026, following earlier increases in its stake in Juno Corp. and portfolio-related transactions during 2026.
