Keek Social is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and traces its corporate origins to 2004. It operates in Canada, the United States, Africa, the Middle East, India and Europe, as well as other international markets. The Company formerly operated as Personas Social Incorporated and adopted the Keek Social Inc. name in October 2025 following approval of its name change and share consolidation. In February 2026, Keek announced a strategic shift from conventional social networking toward social commerce and live-stream monetization, emphasizing creator revenue tools, in-stream payments, e-commerce transactions and scalable revenue-sharing infrastructure. In June 2026, it launched a commerce-enabled live-streaming suite that combines monetized live broadcasts with social-networking and creator-distribution capabilities. In August 2026, the Company announced a proposed non-brokered private placement of up to C$5.0 million to support operating needs, sales and marketing and its planned transition to a software-as-a-service model; the proposed model comprises three flat-rate creator subscription tiers and is intended to eliminate platform fees on creator earnings and tips. The Company also states that it plans to work with online creator agencies to expand creator onboarding.
