Kurv Memory Select ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund sponsored by Kurv Investment Management that seeks to maximize total return through concentrated exposure to domestic and international companies engaged in semiconductor-memory activities. The fund invests primarily in equity securities and may use derivative instruments relating to companies that design, manufacture or distribute memory chips; under normal market conditions, it invests at least 80% of net assets, plus investment borrowings, in such securities or derivatives. Eligible memory-chip activities include Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM); Static Random Access Memory (SRAM); Random Access Memory (RAM); NAND and NOR flash memory; high-bandwidth memory; magnetoresistive RAM; resistive RAM; and other emerging memory technologies. The fund targets manufacturers and related participants in the global memory-semiconductor supply chain, with principal exposure intended for companies such as SK hynix Inc., Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and Micron Technology Inc., as well as other producers and suppliers of memory-chip products. KMEM may invest in companies operating in the United States, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan and other international markets and may hold cash, money-market instruments, options and other derivatives as part of portfolio management. Kurv Memory Select ETF was launched in June 2026 and trades on the Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker KMEM. The fund’s latest major strategic development is its July 2026 launch by Kurv Investment Management as a dedicated memory-production ETF, expanding Kurv’s actively managed ETF platform with a targeted investment vehicle focused on the global memory-chip market and AI-related demand for semiconductor memory. Kurv Investment Management is headquartered in San Francisco, California.
