Kinnevik AB is a Sweden-based investment company that makes long-term investments in technology-enabled growth companies across healthcare, software, climate tech and marketplaces. Founded in 1936 and headquartered in Stockholm with an additional office in London, Kinnevik focuses on early-stage to growth-phase opportunities primarily in Europe and the United States; its portfolio features over 20 larger holdings including healthcare providers such as Cityblock, Enveda, Recursion, Spring Health, Pelago and Transcarent; software platforms including Mews, Pleo, Perk and Cedar; climate tech firms like Aira, Solugen, Stegra and Agreena; and marketplaces such as Instabee, Oda/Mathem, Job&Talent and Vivino. The company acts as an active owner and operational partner, providing strategic support to its investees. Kinnevik recently invested SEK 407 million in core holding TravelPerk's USD 200 million funding round in early 2025 and participated in Enveda's USD 150 million raise; it led Nory's funding round with SEK 232 million, deployed SEK 325 million into Aira and made secondary investments in Mews during the first nine months of 2025. In November 2025, CEO Georgi Ganev announced his departure from the company.
