- KLN Logistics Group Ltd (KRRYF) is an Asia-based global third-party logistics provider that offers a comprehensive range of supply chain solutions including integrated logistics such as warehousing, distribution, domestic transportation and trucking; international freight forwarding via air freight, ocean freight, rail, road and multimodal transport with NVOCC FCL and LCL services; e-commerce logistics; cold chain and pharmaceutical logistics; industrial project logistics; supply chain management and consultancy; express services; and infrastructure investments like seaports and cross-border road networks. As a subsidiary of S.F. Holding Co., Ltd., which acquired a majority stake in 2021, KLN Logistics Group Ltd changed its name from Kerry Logistics Network Ltd in April 2025; recently reported 2024 revenue of nearly HK$60 billion with strong growth in its international freight forwarding segment, particularly a 39% increase driven by key markets like Mainland China, the US and Hong Kong; launched KLN Project Logistics as a specialized division; commenced operations in November 2023 for a joint venture with S.F. Holding providing ground handling at Ezhou Airport in China, contributing over HK$200 million in revenue in its first full year; expanded China-Hong Kong hybrid logistics solutions in 2025 including bonded warehousing and cross-border services to support global customers' supply chain diversification for clients like a world-class theme park, Japanese fast fashion retailer, French beauty conglomerate and British consumer health company; and secured multiple awards in 2025 such as tenth consecutive Asian 3PL of the Year, Supply Chain Innovator of the Year (ESG) and honours in sustainability and excellence.
