In late 2024, the company acquired a 23.53% stake in Apulki Healthcare, India's first PPP dedicated to cancer and cardiac care hospitals, to integrate specialized oncology and cardiology diagnostics for hospital and retail patients in urban areas; it plans to add over 200 centres in the next two years, alongside AI and automation enhancements in radiology and pathology to drive over 20% revenue growth. Recent operational expansions include 25 labs and over 500 collection centres as of November 2025, with Q2 FY2026 revenue up 11% year-on-year to Rs 2,060 million and net profit rising 49.73% in the December 2024 quarter.
