Business
Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited provides technology-enabled diagnostic services, including radiology imaging such as MRI, CT scans, X-rays, mammography, ultrasound, bone densitometry and color Doppler; pathology and clinical laboratory testing encompassing biochemistry, haematology, clinical pathology, histopathology, cytopathology, microbiology, serology and immunology with 2,544 pathological tests; and teleradiology reporting services through its NABH-accredited hub in Pune. The company operates an extensive network of over 5,156 diagnostic centres, including 178 CT/MRI centres, 300+ pathology labs, 3,139 collection centres and 1,434 teleradiology centres, across 18 states and union territories in India, primarily in non-metro and lower-tier cities, serving public and private hospitals, medical colleges and community health centres under public-private partnership models. Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, Krsnaa Diagnostics focuses on an asset-light expansion strategy with business-to-government partnerships and targets underserved regions. In late 2024, the company acquired a 23.53% stake in Apulki Healthcare, India's first PPP dedicated to cancer and cardiac care hospitals, to integrate specialized oncology and cardiology diagnostics for hospital and retail patients in urban areas; it plans to add over 200 centres in the next two years, alongside AI and automation enhancements in radiology and pathology to drive over 20% revenue growth. Recent operational expansions include 25 labs and over 500 collection centres as of November 2025, with Q2 FY2026 revenue up 11% year-on-year to Rs 2,060 million and net profit rising 49.73% in the December 2024 quarter.
