Aimed Bio Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company that discovers and develops antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and therapeutic antibody candidates for the treatment of refractory solid tumors and intractable central nervous system (CNS) disorders. Founded in 2018 as a spin-off from the Samsung Medical Center and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, the company operates within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical research sector, serving global biopharmaceutical partners and oncology markets. Aimed Bio utilizes its proprietary Precision-driven AimedBio Platform for Definitive Cure (P-ADC) discovery engine and patient-derived multi-omics tumor models to design targeted therapeutics across several core product and pipeline categories: AMB302 (BHV-1530), a first-in-class antibody-drug conjugate targeting Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 3 (FGFR3) conjugated with a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme, bladder cancer, and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma; AMB303, a best-in-class antibody-drug conjugate directed against Receptor Tyrosine Kinase-Like Orphan Receptor 1 (ROR1) utilizing a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload for solid tumor indications, including lung, breast, and ovarian cancers; AMB304, a next-generation tumor-targeted antibody-drug conjugate candidate supported by the Korea Drug Development Fund for solid malignancies; AMB001, a monoclonal antibody therapeutic candidate targeting immune and neuroinflammatory pathways for neurodegenerative conditions including Alzheimer's disease as well as severe atopic disorders; and AMB015, a selective antibody candidate designed for oncology applications and deployed as a binder for antibody-drug conjugates and chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapies. In recent operational and strategic developments, Aimed Bio completed its initial public offering on the Korea Exchange KOSDAQ market under the ticker symbol 0009K0 in December 2025 and was subsequently added to the KOSDAQ 150 benchmark index in 2026. The company has expanded its commercial and scientific footprint through major global strategic alliances and licensing transactions, including an exclusive worldwide licensing agreement with Biohaven for the clinical development and commercialization of AMB302, a co-development and licensing agreement with SK Plasma for the ROR1-directed candidate AMB303, a collaborative research framework with Boehringer Ingelheim for novel ADC assets, and a co-development initiative with GeneQuantum Healthcare to advance next-generation conjugated modalities. In addition, Aimed Bio secured strategic equity investment from the Samsung Life Science Fund, jointly established by Samsung Biologics, Samsung C&T, and Samsung Bioepis, accelerating the transition of its preclinical pipeline into global clinical trials across South Korea and international markets.
