GC MediAI Corporation is a South Korea-based digital healthcare and medical artificial intelligence (AI) solutions provider that specializes in electronic medical records (EMR), healthcare data analytics, medical equipment distribution, and mobile healthcare platforms. Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, the company operates as a core digital healthcare subsidiary of the GC (Green Cross) Group. The company provides an integrated portfolio of medical information technology products and healthcare solutions, which are categorized into: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Practice Management Solutions, comprising its flagship clinic EMR software Ui-sarang and pharmacy management platform E-Pharm, which deliver automated clinical documentation, patient charting, computerized physician order entry, and health insurance claims processing; Medical Equipment and Diagnostic Imaging Systems, covering digital radiography (DR) detectors, diagnostic ultrasound scanners, bone densitometers, and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) for outpatient clinics and specialized hospitals; Healthcare Market Intelligence and Data Analytics Services, powered by the UBIST analytical platform that aggregates and analyzes nationwide outpatient prescription data, epidemiological statistics, and pharmaceutical sales metrics for pharmaceutical companies and research institutions; and Mobile Healthcare and Patient Engagement Platforms, led by the Ttaktoc application operated through its subsidiary BBROS Co., Ltd., which offers mobile appointment booking, real-time clinic waiting status notifications, contactless check-in, electronic prescription routing, and mobile medical payment services. Additionally, the company operates Pharm-Street, a dedicated business-to-business (B2B) electronic commerce marketplace for pharmaceuticals, medical consumables, and drugstore supplies. In recent operational developments, the company has expanded its strategic focus toward artificial intelligence integration and cloud computing by forming strategic alliances with medical AI developers to incorporate computer-aided diagnostic algorithms, automated voice-recognition charting, and clinical decision support systems (CDSS) into its installed EMR network. Furthermore, the company has rolled out next-generation cloud-native EMR architectures, introduced subscription-based premium patient service models on its mobile platform, and enhanced its connected device ecosystem to support remote monitoring and chronic disease management across primary care networks.
