Business
SG & G Corporation is a South Korea-based company primarily engaged in the provision of integrated third-party logistics services, the manufacturing of precision automotive components, and commercial real estate leasing. Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, the company operates as a key business unit within the SG Group, maintaining close strategic relationships with affiliated group entities including SG Global, SG Chungbang, and SG Segye Mulsan. The company organizes its business operations across three primary segments: Logistics, Automotive Parts, and Real Estate. The Logistics division provides comprehensive end-to-end supply chain management solutions, including third-party logistics services; domestic inland freight transportation; international freight forwarding; container drayage; warehousing and automated inventory storage; temperature-controlled cold chain distribution; order fulfillment and packaging; cross-docking; and customs brokerage services. The Automotive Parts division designs, manufactures, and supplies critical interior automotive seating hardware and structural stampings, including manual and power seat recliner mechanisms; seat slide track assemblies; height adjusters; lumbar support mechanisms; seat frame assemblies; and related precision pressed metal components for passenger and commercial vehicle applications. The Real Estate division oversees the leasing, management, and operational maintenance of industrial logistics centers, warehouses, and commercial office properties across South Korea. In recent developments, SG & G Corporation has advanced the modernization and digitization of its logistics operations by expanding smart warehousing capabilities and integrating automated distribution systems to accommodate heightened domestic e-commerce volume and specialized freight demands. Within its manufacturing operations, the company has upgraded its production lines to engineer lightweight, high-tensile seat frame components and modular seat mechanisms adapted for next-generation electric and eco-friendly vehicle platforms in partnership with domestic tier-1 automotive suppliers. Furthermore, SG & G Corporation has executed ongoing corporate streamlining and asset optimization initiatives across SG Group affiliate networks to improve operational efficiency, strengthen liquidity, and consolidate core logistics and manufacturing competencies.
