Business
Vitzrosys Co., Ltd. is a South Korea-based industrial automation and information technology company primarily engaged in the provision of smart grid, power automation, intelligent transportation, and environmental control solutions. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, the company operates across four principal business segments: Power Automation and Smart Grid, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Railway Solutions, Smart Water and Environmental Systems, and System Integration (SI) Services. Its comprehensive product and service portfolio includes supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems; distribution automation systems (DAS); energy management systems (EMS); remote terminal units (RTUs); digital protection relays and intelligent electronic devices (IEDs); gas-insulated switchgear and substation monitoring systems; railway signaling, centralized traffic control, and automated fare collection systems; intelligent highway traffic control, video surveillance, and electronic toll collection systems; telemetry and telecontrol instrumentation for municipal water purification, drainage, and pumping station infrastructure; and cloud-based smart city Internet of Things (IoT) management platforms. The company caters to electric utilities, transportation authorities, municipal governments, and industrial enterprises, primarily within South Korea as well as selected international markets. In recent operational developments, Vitzrosys has completed comprehensive corporate restructuring following the resumption of its KOSDAQ listing and has realigned its strategic growth initiatives toward next-generation digital infrastructure. The company has recently expanded its project pipeline by securing smart grid modernization contracts with the Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), deploying advanced monitoring platforms for renewable energy and energy storage systems (ESS), entering electric vehicle (EV) charging control systems, and forming strategic technical alliances to deliver next-generation digital railway automation and nuclear power plant instrumentation upgrades.
