Business
Bridgetec Corp. is a South Korea-based software and information technology services provider that specializes in artificial intelligence contact center (AICC) solutions, cloud communications infrastructure, and digital customer engagement systems. Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, the company delivers telecommunications software, computer telephony integration (CTI), and conversational AI technologies primarily to commercial banks, insurance providers, securities firms, telecommunications carriers, public sector agencies, and enterprise call centers. Bridgetec offers a systematic portfolio of enterprise software products and services, including IPRON, an IP-based CTI middleware and omni-channel contact center platform; IPRON Cloud, a subscription-based Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution; ForCus, an intelligent interactive voice response (IVR) and automated response system; iweb, a visual and digital ARS platform facilitating smartphone-based customer self-service; OWMS, a WebRTC-powered platform for non-face-to-face video consultation and remote identity authentication; conversational AI callbots and chatbots for automated inquiry resolution; speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) processing engines; voice biometrics and speaker verification systems; and enterprise-grade voice recording, screen logging, and real-time system monitoring (RSM) tools. In recent developments, Bridgetec has expanded its presence in the generative AI and cloud infrastructure markets by securing the Cloud Security Assurance Program (CSAP) certification in South Korea to deploy its IPRON Cloud CCaaS platform across public sector institutions and government agencies. Furthermore, the company entered into a strategic distribution and technology integration agreement with conversational AI specialist Humelo to incorporate the DIVE on-premises CPU-based text-to-speech engine into its financial and enterprise contact center architectures, while continuing large-scale AICC infrastructure modernization projects for tier-one South Korean financial institutions such as Shinhan Bank, Woori Bank, BNK Busan Bank, and SGI Seoul Guarantee.
