Founded in 1998 under the name Tamul Multimedia Co. Ltd. and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, the company is publicly traded on the KOSDAQ exchange under the ticker 093640. In recent strategic developments, the company rebranded to Korea Robot Manufacturing Co. Ltd. following a major change in ownership to Ghost Robotics Technology, executing a strategic pivot from legacy multimedia integrated circuits into military and industrial robotics.
