C-Site Co.,Ltd. is a South Korea-based original equipment manufacturing (OEM) and original design manufacturing (ODM) company specializing in the design, development, production, and global export of knitted garments. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, the company operates an integrated apparel manufacturing pipeline encompassing raw material procurement and yarn sourcing; textile development and sample design; fabric knitting, automated cutting, and pattern grading; specialized screen printing and graphic applications; garment dyeing and washing; high-volume assembly and sewing; and comprehensive quality assurance inspection. C-Site Co.,Ltd. manufactures a diversified portfolio of knit apparel across multiple product categories, including basic and printed t-shirts; pique polo shirts and knit vests; pullover hoodies, fleece sweatshirts, and crewneck tops; lightweight cardigans and seasonal sweaters; and casual activewear and lifestyle clothing for adult, teenage, and children's segments. The company supplies its manufactured lines to prominent multinational retail fashion brands, primarily serving clients such as Gap Inc., Old Navy, H&M, and American Eagle Outfitters. To support its export operations, C-Site Co.,Ltd. maintains overseas manufacturing subsidiaries, including PT. C-Site Texpia and PT. Wooshin Garment Indonesia in Indonesia, as well as C-Site Texpia, S.A. and Texwin, S.A. in Guatemala, which facilitates tariff-advantaged distribution into North American and global markets through the Dominican Republic-Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR). In recent corporate and operational developments, C-Site Co.,Ltd. completed a public listing on the KOSDAQ market (KRX: 109670) via a merger with NH Special Purpose Acquisition 28 Co., Ltd. in December 2023. In March 2026, the company underwent an executive leadership reorganization with the appointment of Jeong Jeong-han as Chief Executive Officer, and continues to expand its ODM business model by integrating 3D virtual pattern-making and digital sampling systems to shorten product development cycles for global brand partners.
