In recent corporate developments, the company, formerly known as KPX Life Science Co., Ltd., completed a corporate name change to Green LifeScience Co., Ltd. to align with its expanded strategic scope. Demonstrating strategic diversification beyond life sciences, the company entered the advanced technology supply chain by securing major supply agreements for AI semiconductor materials with Green Chemical Co., Ltd. In addition, Green LifeScience expanded its international agrochemical business through substantial supply contracts for plant health and crop protection chemicals with global agricultural partners such as UPL Limited targeting the Brazilian market, while advancing new capital facility investments and adjustments to its major shareholding structure to support production scalability.
