Business
T3 Entertainment Co., Ltd. is a South Korea-based digital entertainment and technology company engaged primarily in online and mobile video game development, publishing, drone distribution, and digital transformation solutions. Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, the company operates across four main business divisions: Game Software, Drone Distribution and Services, Spatial Intelligence and IT Solutions, and Investment. The company's core product and service portfolio comprises online and mobile rhythm and role-playing games, anchored by its flagship intellectual property Audition (including Audition Online, Club Audition, Audition Mobile, and Audition Life); massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs) such as Granado Espada and AIKA Online; commercial, industrial, agricultural, consumer, and educational unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), hardware components, and flight training services distributed through its subsidiary Hanbit Drone Co., Ltd. as an authorized distributor of Da-Jiang Innovations (DJI); enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) spatial intelligence, digital twin modeling, and industrial data analysis platforms provided via subsidiary T3 Solution Co., Ltd.; and corporate venture capital investments via T3 Partners. T3 Entertainment serves retail consumers, enterprise clients, educational institutions, and industrial organizations across South Korea, Greater China, Southeast Asia, Japan, North America, and Europe. In recent developments, T3 Entertainment has broadened the international footprint of its core Audition franchise through multi-region e-sports initiatives, including the Audition Grand Esports Championship across Asian markets in partnership with overseas publishers such as VTC Mobile and Nineyou. The company has also advanced its strategic diversification into industrial technology by transitioning Hanbit Drone from consumer hardware distribution toward integrated enterprise drone and spatial data solutions, while expanding T3 Solution's AI-enabled digital twin operations. Additionally, the company has enhanced its shareholder value initiatives through ongoing treasury share repurchase programs and the institutionalization of periodic dividend distributions alongside continued live service operations and mobile adaptations across its consolidated subsidiary network including HanbitSoft Inc.
