Kerry Properties Limited (KRYPF) is a Bermuda-incorporated investment holding company primarily engaged in property development, investment, management, and trading in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the Asia Pacific region. The company develops and sells residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties; invests in and manages property portfolios including office, retail, and logistics facilities; owns and operates hotels; provides integrated logistics and international freight forwarding services; and offers consultancy, administrative support, project management, financial, estate agency, construction, warehouse operations, as well as recreation facilities such as restaurants, parks, and ice rinks. Subsidiaries have been active in Hong Kong property activities since 1978, with headquarters at 25/F, Kerry Centre, 683 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, and the company operates as a subsidiary of Kerry Group Limited while maintaining a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 0683). Geographically, Kerry Properties focuses on key cities in Mainland China and Hong Kong, targeting high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality markets with a land bank supporting over 37 million square feet of gross floor area in urban areas like Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.
