In recent developments, Kalyani Steels won the auction for Kamineni Steel and Power India assets in January 2024 for Rs 450 crore to bolster its steel production capabilities, signed a February 2024 memorandum of understanding with the Odisha government for an Rs 11,750 crore industrial complex to produce titanium metal, aerospace components, advanced specialty steel and automotive components, re-appointed R.K. Goyal as managing director in August 2025, and reported consolidated net profit growth to Rs 802 million for the March 2025 quarter amid improving profitability and net debt reduction.
