ETF Opportunities Trust – T-REX 2X Long KTOS Daily Target ETF is a U.S.-domiciled, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks, before fees and expenses, to deliver 200% of the daily performance of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. common stock (NASDAQ: KTOS). The Fund is managed by Tuttle Capital Management LLC and is marketed under the T-REX product line in collaboration with REX Shares. It provides tactical, leveraged single-stock exposure to the U.S. industrials sector and aerospace and defense industry through financial instruments designed to produce twice the daily price performance of KTOS. The Fund principally uses over-the-counter swap agreements with financial institutions; it may also use exchange-traded call options, including FLEX Options, and direct investments in KTOS common stock. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in instruments designed to provide aggregate 200% daily exposure to KTOS; it also may hold money market funds, deposit accounts, U.S. government securities, repurchase agreements, short-term debt instruments and other ETFs for cash-management purposes. The Fund rebalances its portfolio daily, does not seek to achieve its objective over periods longer than one trading day, and targets sophisticated, actively monitoring investors. ETF Opportunities Trust launched the Fund in September 2025, and its shares trade on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker KTUP. The Fund carries a 1.50% management fee, with the adviser bearing most ordinary operating expenses other than specified costs. KTUP was introduced by REX in September 2025 alongside the T-REX 2X Long AFRM Daily Target ETF and T-REX 2X Long AXON Daily Target ETF, expanding the T-REX leveraged and inverse single-stock ETF suite; REX describes KTUP as the first U.S. 2X leveraged ETF linked to KTOS. In August 2026, the Fund updated its summary prospectus, continuing to specify its 200% daily KTOS exposure objective, derivatives-based implementation, daily-rebalancing approach and concentration in the aerospace and defense industry.
