Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Ottawa, Canada, at 3199 Palladium Drive, Kinaxis operates globally across the United States (majority of revenue), Europe, Asia, Japan, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Romania, Mexico, Singapore, France, Ireland, Germany, India, and Canada, serving industries including aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer products, high-tech and electronics, industrial, life sciences, logistics, and retail. Recent developments include the expansion of its PartnerLink program with new tiers, training, and regional events in 2024 to address demand for next-generation supply chain solutions; a five-year co-development partnership with the University of Ottawa announced in October 2025 focusing on AI/ML, optimization, and user interfaces; launches of Enterprise Scheduling, Supply Chain Execution (formerly MPO), and Sustainable Supply Chain innovations in September 2025; the introduction of initial Maestro Agents in November 2025 to accelerate agentic AI capabilities; and a new partnership with Workday to integrate supply chain, finance, and workforce planning.
