- Corgi Digital Banking & Fintech Infrastructure ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified U.S. exchange-traded fund that seeks capital appreciation through investments in companies involved in the development, deployment and operation of digital banking and financial-technology infrastructure. The Fund, traded on Cboe BZX Exchange under ticker KYC, is advised by Corgi Strategies, LLC and principally invests in common stocks of U.S. and foreign companies across all market capitalizations, including securities listed on foreign exchanges and American depositary receipts. The portfolio targets companies positioned to benefit from mobile-first banking, embedded finance and software-driven financial infrastructure across consumer and business end markets.
The Fund’s investment universe includes digital-first banks and banking platforms; consumer and small-business financial applications and account providers; payments and money-movement networks; card-issuing, processing and merchant-acquiring platforms; digital wallets; point-of-sale and commerce-enablement services; lending and credit platforms, including installment, point-of-sale and marketplace-lending models; personal financial-management tools; identity-verification and customer-onboarding solutions; fraud-prevention and risk-analytics systems; core-banking and banking-as-a-service platforms; regulatory-technology and financial-crime-compliance solutions; and other software and infrastructure supporting digital account origination, servicing and financial-product distribution. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in companies materially involved in these activities. Corgi Strategies uses bottom-up security selection combining fundamental analysis, thematic screening and quantitative methods, evaluating strategic supply-chain positioning, growth potential and valuation.
The Fund may invest in large-, mid-, small- and micro-capitalization issuers, retain cash, cash equivalents or short-term U.S. Treasury instruments for liquidity management, invest in other investment companies and ETFs, and allocate up to 15% of net assets to illiquid investments, including passive minority interests in third-party managed special-purpose vehicles for limited exposure to private securities within its investment theme. The Fund is classified as non-diversified under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and may therefore maintain relatively concentrated issuer exposure.
Corgi Digital Banking & Fintech Infrastructure ETF was newly organized and commenced trading on May 6, 2026, following an inception date of May 5, 2026, representing Corgi Strategies’ expansion into actively managed thematic ETF products focused on digital finance.
