Keyarch Acquisition Corporation Keyarch Acquisition Corporation (KYCHU) is a blank check company, or special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), incorporated in the Cayman Islands in 2021 and headquartered at 275 Madison Avenue, 39th floor, New York, New York. The company has no significant ongoing operations and exists solely to effect a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses, with a focus on disruptive technology and innovative services companies in developed economies including the United States, Israel, and Southeast Asia. Keyarch Global Sponsor Limited serves as its sponsor. In April 2024, Keyarch completed a reverse merger business combination with ZOOZ Power Ltd., an Israel-based provider of flywheel-based power boosting solutions for electric vehicle charging infrastructure; pursuant to the transaction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ZOOZ merged with Keyarch, which survived as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the combined entity, now trading under ZOOZ tickers on Nasdaq, with net proceeds including a $13 million PIPE investment supporting ZOOZ's working capital and growth initiatives; the deal provided approximately $10-13 million in trust cash alongside the PIPE and was approved by shareholders in March 2024 following the original agreement signed in July 2023.
