GraniteShares ETF Trust – GraniteShares Short Term Box ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified U.S.-domiciled exchange-traded fund that seeks capital appreciation and T-bill-like returns through short-duration box spread strategies. Trading under the ticker LBOX, the fund invests primarily in exchange-listed options and FLEX Options, including synthetic long positions created through call purchases and put sales and offsetting synthetic short positions created through put purchases and call sales, generally referencing broad-market exchange-traded funds such as the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust and Invesco QQQ Trust; cash and cash equivalents; money market instruments; and other short-term investments. Its box-spread portfolio is designed to create largely market-neutral positions with predetermined expiration values, targeting income-like returns while seeking to limit directional equity-market exposure and minimize annual taxable income distributions. The fund is managed by GraniteShares Advisors LLC, with ALPS Distributors, Inc. serving as distributor, and is marketed to U.S. investors as an alternative to money market funds and conventional short-term fixed-income investments. GraniteShares Short Term Box ETF commenced operations on August 24, 2026. Its principal recent corporate development is its August 2026 launch by GraniteShares as an actively managed box-spread ETF; at launch, GraniteShares reported a 0.15% management fee and a 0.1349% net expense ratio after a fee waiver scheduled to remain in effect through December 31, 2027. The fund’s portfolio management team comprises Jeff Klearman and Ryan Dofflemeyer.
