In August 2025, DMS Group secured a EUR6.9 million capital increase through a strategic alliance with Asian technology providers Innolux and Innocare alongside French investors Bpifrance and NextStage AM to enhance technological capabilities, support industrial expansion by 2030 and strengthen European market leadership in vertically integrated medical imaging. It also advances government-funded projects such as MC2 for mobile x-ray and C-arm development and K for new bone densitometers to improve patient care and personalized medicine.
