In recent developments, Lisi confirms the sale of its LISI Medical division to SK Capital on October 31, 2025, rebranded as Precera Medical and headquartered in Minneapolis, United States, while acquiring a 9.988% minority stake in the holding company and potential additional proceeds based on SK Capital's exit; LISI Automotive Hungary completes the acquisition of Polysemble Hungary assets in Győr on September 30, 2025 to bolster automotive component production; and LISI Automotive divests its subsidiary LISI Automotive Nomel SAS to ZB Invest in February 2025 as part of its refocusing strategy.
