Latin Explore Inc. is a Vancouver, British Columbia-based mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of copper, molybdenum and gold mineral properties in South America, principally Peru. The Company’s core asset is its 100%-owned Para Copper-Molybdenum Project, an undrilled porphyry copper-molybdenum target located in Peru’s Coastal Copper Belt. Latin Explore conducts geological mapping; surface geochemical sampling; geophysical surveys and three-dimensional inversion modelling; mineral-target generation; environmental permitting; drill-target definition; and planned diamond-drilling programs intended to evaluate porphyry copper-molybdenum mineralization, hydrothermal alteration, sulphide distribution and the geometry of prospective mineral systems. The Company targets large-scale copper systems and pursues additional mineral-property acquisition opportunities across South America. Latin Explore was formed through the 2026 spin-out of the Para Project and the Auquis Copper Project from Latin Metals Inc. and commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol LXE on March 30, 2026. In 2026, the Company received approval under Peru’s Ficha Técnica Ambiental permitting process for up to 14 drill holes from 14 drill pads and related access construction at Para; completed three-dimensional modelling that defined a 1.8-kilometre by 1.6-kilometre priority porphyry target; and prepared an initial approximately 2,000-metre, three-hole maiden drill program, with drilling planned for the fourth quarter of 2026 subject to remaining administrative and regulatory approvals. The Company also appointed Dr. Donovan Pienaar, its President and Chief Executive Officer, to its board of directors in September 2026.
