InnoTek Limited InnoTek Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company and precision metal components manufacturer that provides metal stamping, commercial tool and die fabrications, precision machining, and parts assembly services through its wholly-owned subsidiary Mansfield Manufacturing Company Limited; its Precision Components and Tooling segment offers stamping components, tooling design and fabrication, and die making services to manufacturers in the automotive, office automation, consumer electronics, TV display, gaming machines, medical equipment, and electric vehicle sectors, including products such as car doors, seats, seat belts, airbag components, door locks, exhaust systems, battery pack parts, TV frames, bezels, chassis, and metal components for smartphones, tablets, personal computers, and computer peripherals via advanced technologies like cold-forging, computer numerical control machining, and surface decoration; and its Precision Machining segment focuses on machined products and metal-related components for TV, office automation, tablet, and mobile-phone industries. The company operates manufacturing facilities in Singapore, Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China, Thailand, and Vietnam, serving a diversified international customer base across Europe, America, China, and Japan, with headquarters in Singapore following its incorporation in 1995 and name change from Magnecomp International Limited in November 2007. Recent developments include the strategic establishment of Mansfield Surface Treatment (Dongguan) to enhance product quality and processing speed, expansion into graphics processing unit server components as a key supplier, diversification into gaming machines, medical equipment, and electric vehicle components, business transformation initiatives in 2024 to bolster resilience, and the completion in October 2025 of the disposal by a subsidiary of its 70% interest in Hua Yuan Sheng Vietnam due to declining export orders, alongside ongoing exploration of further Southeast Asian expansion including potential entry into Malaysia.
