Business
Roundhill Magnificent Seven ETF (MAGS) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that provides equal-weight exposure to the Magnificent Seven stocks—Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta Platforms, Microsoft, Nvidia, and Tesla—through direct holdings, total return swaps, and forwards to ensure regulatory compliance and tax efficiency; the fund rebalances quarterly to maintain consistent allocations and invests a significant portion in short-term U.S. Treasury bills for liquidity. Launched on April 11, 2023, as the Roundhill BIG Tech ETF and renamed the Roundhill Magnificent Seven ETF on November 9, 2023 (with prior ticker BIGT changed to MAGS), it trades on Cboe BZX following a transfer from Nasdaq effective February 3, 2025, and features options trading availability, a gross expense ratio of 0.29%, and annual distributions. Roundhill Magnificent Seven ETF targets growth-oriented investors seeking concentrated access to leading U.S. technology companies driving innovation in areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, e-commerce, electric vehicles, and consumer electronics; it operates globally through its underlying U.S.-domiciled holdings and is issued by Roundhill Investments, based in the United States.
