Mamata Machinery Ltd manufactures and sells plastic bag and pouch making systems, packaging machines, and co-extrusion blown film equipment for the flexible packaging industry. Incorporated in 1979 and headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, the company operates manufacturing facilities in Sanand, India, and Bradenton, Florida, USA, serving customers in more than 75 countries with an installed base exceeding 4,500 machines. It provides servo-driven bag making machines including side and bottom seal bag makers, universal bag makers, servo wicketers, center seal and three-side seal pouch makers; co-extrusion blown film plants from three to nine layers with outputs up to 1,000 kg/hr and widths up to three meters; horizontal form-fill-seal machines, pick-fill-seal systems, and multi-lane sachet machines, all featuring high-speed servo technology, hygiene standards, and customization for converting needs. Mamata ranks among India's leading players and the world's top five in converting machinery, targeting flexible packaging converters with end-to-end solutions emphasizing innovation, R&D, and cost competitiveness. In recent developments, the company reported H1 FY26 revenue growth of 31% to INR92 crore and PAT growth of 47%, secured three orders for advanced nine-layer blown-film plants with deliveries scheduled through FY27, and launched a new HFFS duplex packaging line at PACK-EXPO USA 2025 along with an innovative wicketter and pouch-making machine for mono-material recyclable films at K2025 in Dusseldorf; its order book stands at INR144 crore with a 70:30 export-to-domestic ratio as of November 2025.
