The company strengthened its commercial joint venture with Informa Markets to expand its global event footprint, including the strategic launch and expansion of Cosmoprof North America in Miami. Additionally, BolognaFiere expanded its international exhibition fitting and temporary architecture operations through Henoto's expansion in North American and Asian markets, while advancing its multi-year industrial transformation plan dedicated to the digital modernization, infrastructural upgrades, and decarbonization of its core Bologna exhibition complex.
